Return Policy

Items purchased from the sale category are final sale only.

you may open your shipment before receiving it from the courier and won't charge any fees.

Return should be in 14 days from receiving your shipment.

We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit and that there are no other issues. We cannot accept returns or submit refunds after items have been washed.

An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees in case of undefective

 

Exchange Policy:

Exchange should be in 14 days from receiving your shipment.

Incase of wrong size customer will charge for shipping fees.

Please check our size chart before placing an order.

 

Refund:

 

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees incase you want to return or exchange your order.

 Refunds will transfer on your wallet ( Vodafone cash/ Etisalat cash/ Orange cash) or any CIB amount.
